Service description

Human Capital Development Services aim to provide support to entrepreneurs and young companies in the area of human resources, enabling them to refine their HR practices, attract and retain top talent, and ultimately support business growth. The services encompass two key components: support for HR needs analysis, involving the assessment of a company's current HR practices, identification of skill gaps, definition of required job profiles, and strategic development to address these gaps; and recruitment advice, which entails guidance on all aspects of recruitment process, including the improvement of job offers, crafting attractive compensation packages, and identifying suitable candidates, while considering local recruitment challenges, to tailor advice to the specific context of the company. Through expert guidance and support, Human Capital Development Services can help companies attract and retain top talent, improve their HR practices, and ultimately support business growth and success.
