Industrial Design and Product Development from Concept to Manufacturing
Innova Industrial Design SL
Service ID:
EP275S2This service is designed for EIC beneficiaries who start from an idea, identified need, or initial sketch and wish to transform that vision into a real, functional, and manufacturable product. It is particularly beneficial for technology startups that lack an in-house industrial design team or require expert support to structure their development from the ground up. The service includes briefing definition, user and environmental needs analysis, concept generation, 3D design, material and manufacturing process selection, Design for Manufacturing and Assembly (DfMA), and basic technical documentation preparation. Throughout the process, continuous guidance is provided to validate design decisions from technical, functional, and strategic perspectives. The objective is to deliver a design ready for prototyping, testing, or pilot manufacturing, optimised both aesthetically and technically. The service can be adapted to different technology readiness levels (TRL 3 to TRL 7) and is customised according to the beneficiary’s sector and business model. It is provided by a highly experienced industrial design team, with expertise in sectors such as technology, healthcare, sustainability, and mobility. The service may include online meetings and periodic deliverables, based on project progress.
Hourly rate: €85.
The service can be developed between 1 and 3 months. It depends on the complexity of the project.
