StartupsX Acceleration is an intensive online phase designed for EIC Beneficiaries who want to accelerate their commercialization and scaling-up journey by strengthening their understanding of customers, expanding toward non-customers, and preparing for growth-oriented stakeholder engagement. The Acceleration Phase takes place fully online via Microsoft Teams and combines structured workshops, expert-led sessions, and practical deliverables. It focuses on helping startups validate market focus, leverage converging future technologies, and build the strategic, financial, legal, and communication foundations required for international scaling. Across the program, participants are guided through customer and non-customer analysis, exposure to technology-driven growth approaches, internationalization strategies, and funding pathways, including private investment and EU instruments. Dedicated sessions address legal readiness, branding, and the adaptation of pitch materials for different audiences such as investors, corporates, and global partners. Startups work on concrete outputs, including refined pitch decks and strategic positioning documents, which are submitted as part of the selection process. The phase concludes with an evaluation by a jury of experts, who assess participating startups based on scalability, market readiness, and overall performance. At the end of the Acceleration Phase, 10 startups are selected to advance to the StartupsX Matchmaking Phase, where they gain targeted exposure to investors, corporates, and international market representatives.
