The main objective is to assist startups in revising and developing a comprehensive business plan, focusing on key components such as market analysis, marketing and sales strategies, business models, and financing plans. Startups will receive valuable insights from our team and external experts in a collaborative approach. The process involves the following key steps: 1) Discovery Sprint: The process begins with a deep dive into the startups' existing ideas, data, and insights. This phase identifies strengths, gaps, and opportunities within the concept. It serves as an innovation audit, aligning vision with market realities to set the foundation for a tailored plan that aligns with the startups' goals. 2) Blueprint Design: A forward-thinking structure for the business planning. This step focuses on mapping out the big picture and identifying strategic pillars, including market positioning, revenue streams, and operational models. 3) Collaborative Refinement: The startup team and key stakeholders collaborate to refine the plan. Through multiple 1:1 sessions, all angles of the plan are explored, ensuring practicality, innovation, and alignment with the business ethos. Feedback loops help shape a plan that is both strategic and executable. 4) Vision Activation: Finally, the blueprint is transformed into a dynamic document that clearly communicates the startups' vision. This step includes data-driven insights and investor-friendly formatting, ensuring the plan is not just a roadmap but also a compelling narrative that inspires action and attracts investment.
Hourly rates range from €70 to €150, depending on the required effort and the involvement of external experts.
