The advisory process starts with a review of the beneficiary's financial profile, business model, funding requirements, investment assumptions and expected use of proceeds, followed by a non-binding assessment of financial maturity, bankability, business model sustainability and financing readiness. 

The service may also include the identification and assessment of the most suitable capital stack, including debt, equity, quasi-equity, hybrid instruments, grants, sustainable finance solutions and other non-dilutive financing sources, taking into account the company's maturity, sector, financing objectives and growth trajectory. Where relevant, the service supports the refinement of the company's financial narrative and investor value proposition to facilitate engagement with financial and investment stakeholders.
