The EVOLUT 4.0 is a 2-month acceleration programme that supports EIC Accelerator beneficiaries in developing an innovative product, defining the business value proposition, increasing sales and preparing for the investment phase. The service is specially directed to EIC beneficiaries from the Deep-Tech, Med-Tech, Ed-Tech, and Space-Tech sectors. This programme covers the following topics of business fundamentals: a) business model and value proposition canvas, b) getting your first customers, c) developing your great software and hardware products, d) building a solid marketing strategy, e) creating a powerful sales strategy, f) pivot experience and the legal, financial and IP aspects, g) creating your Pitch deck. The programme will conclude with a Demo Day and pitch to investors, the beneficiaries being supported by community mentors who will give business advice and practical insights about their product or service. Our mentors are experts from industry-leading companies and we also work with researchers from science institutions and universities. Implementation of the programme covers training & practice session in hybrid format. Teams that participate in the programme will join the face-to-face sessions on Tech-Park premises in Kaunas. Remote teams will join the sessions online using ZOOM or MS Teams software.
Participation fee: €2,500 per participant (minimum of 10 participants required to initiate the program).
A jury from Tech-Park Kaunas administration, mentors and investors selects the qualified start-ups after evaluating their pitch decks. The main criteria for selection is the founders’ Team, Problem, Solution, Business model and Target market. Tech-Park Kaunas will consider inviting the 1-2 most promising startups free of charge. (1-2 startups which will get the most points from the jury will be invited to the programme free of charge. Selection criteria: Founder’s qualification and motivation, relevancy of the Problem, Execution of the Solution, scalability of the Business Model and potential Target market).
