Every company that joins Tech-Park Kaunas (after signing an Incubation agreement) gets enrolled in the Incubation Programme and may take the service in the programme for as long as the company stays in Tech-Park Kaunas as a tenant. The programme is most valuable to the startup during the first 3 years. This service supports EIC beneficiaries with local business advisory, trainings and thematic workshops, and community events. EIC beneficiaries will have the office premises available (4 possible locations in Kaunas). beneficiaries can also rent workplaces in the coworking spaces (2 locations in Kaunas). Coworking spaces are based on availability – a first come first served basis. Various activities will be delivered to support incubated beneficiaries: B2B matchmaking – business meetings and exhibitions with foreign investors, corporations or potential buyers; Innovation breakfast – networking, sharing success stories with startups; Innovation catalogue – advertisement on the web; access to Evolut 4.0 – consulting programme on entrepreneurship and the development of the product; possibility of researching at Tech-Park Kaunas to develop and refine the EIC Beneficiary solution; access to Tech-Park Kaunas live and online events.
Offices are not typically available for rent by themselves, the Partner sells their Incubation Services and office space comes with it. The more office space a company needs, the more it must pay for the services.
The service fee depends on the type of membership: 1) e-membership costs €160/per year, and 2) regular membership costs varies on the office space company rents.
