Phases: Identify needs and gaps and conduct thorough assessments of current operations and market opportunities to develop strategic plans. Providing hands-on support for the implementation of scaling and go-to-market strategies. Continuously monitoring progress and making necessary adjustments to strategies and plans. Expected Outcome: A robust scaling and go-to-market strategy, along with a structured business development plan, enabling startups to efficiently expand their operations and market presence.
