Legal Services for the following situations: a) Investment funds (buy-side) taking majority or minority stakes in businesses and companies (sell-side) seeking to raise capital for their next growth phase. b) Startups and venture capital investors (business angels, investment funds or family offices) in funding rounds. c) Companies that invest in other firms as an industrial partner or companies that want to add an industrial partner to their share capital. d) Designing the structure of the transaction (or the funding roadmap when it is a multi-phase process) and leading the negotiations and drafting all governing contracts (investment agreements, shareholders' agreements, sale and purchase agreements, senior management contracts of executive partners, etc.).

Financial requirements
