Design sprint training: Identify your problematic and work it
Le Village by CA Toulouse 31
Service ID:
EP26S3A Design sprint workshop (3 sessions of 3 hours) to support EIC beneficiaries with the design and deployment strategy of an innovative product or service, through the three axes of user-centric design: desirability, feasibility and viability of the product/service. The workshop is structured in three stages, through the following steps: 1) Idea scoping and stakeholder mapping; 2) Persona and customer journey; 3) Non-functional prototyping and test protocol. Participants must arrive with a product or service they have worked on. The entire proposed methodology can be transferred to other projects and is inspired by a review of part of the Google design sprint. The target audience includes project owners, entrepreneurs, project managers, CEOs or decision-makers who wish to launch a new project in a risk-free manner, from an identified idea. The service may be implemented online, via Microsoft Teams, or onsite (at the incubator premisses in Toulouse, France).
€1600 per EIC beneficiary representative (maximum of 2 participants per beneficiary)
