Offerings are in 3 phases: Assessment: a multidisciplinary de-risking “de-risking” diagnostic to determine venture readiness level (𝐕𝐑𝐋) ;Consulting: Strategic Planning – Iterate & Formulate on proof of concept, validation, and acceleration; Implementation Support: EIR (interim management for transaction advisory or Business Development), providing Insights, expertise on the execution phase. Apply Integrated 𝐌𝐚𝐫𝐤𝐞𝐭𝐢𝐧𝐠, 𝐒𝐚𝐥𝐞𝐬, 𝐁𝐮𝐬𝐢𝐧𝐞𝐬𝐬 𝐃𝐞𝐯𝐞𝐥𝐨𝐩𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭™ + 4P's & 4M’s of Acceleration™ preparing entity’s data room for interactions with key stakeholders. In addition, can also provide: Education & Coaching: LBV can provide a dedicated mentoring and coaching the companies with respect to fundraising, marketing, business development, team building, etc.; When necessary we can offer lectures and workshops by experts from the Boston and wider USA ecosystem. Market & Capital Access: We will introduce companies to our extended network of investors, and will coach the companies on how to best approach the investors.
