Ecosystem intelligence and guidance on Intelligence on private markets firm in the Alternative Investment sector including LPs (Limited Partners or Allocators);GPs (General Partners, Corporate Venture Groups, Venture Builders, Accelerators) – for Entrepreneurs (portfolio companies).

►𝐎𝐧 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐒𝐞𝐥𝐥 𝐒𝐢𝐝𝐞, with Entrepreneurs we utilize the 𝟓𝐀’𝐬 𝐨𝐟 𝐈𝐧𝐧𝐨𝐯𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 & 𝐄𝐧𝐭𝐫𝐞𝐩𝐫𝐞𝐧𝐞𝐮𝐫𝐬𝐡𝐢𝐩™ and an integrated "𝐝𝐞-𝐫𝐢𝐬𝐤𝐢𝐧𝐠" Assessment methodology to determine the venture readiness level (“VRL”). We apply the QFAR™ methodology to prepare companies for market and capital access (including non-dilutive, debt), scaling, and ecosystem effectiveness; providing knowledge, frameworks, market insights & analytics for business model validation & increased valuation. We serve as an EIR, utilizing an Integrated Business Development™ and Acceleration™ process to provide transaction advisory for interactions and negotiations with key stakeholders. 𝐀𝐝𝐯𝐢𝐬𝐨𝐫𝐲 𝐒𝐞𝐫𝐯𝐢𝐜𝐞𝐬: we serve as Non-Executive Director or Director.
