We apply the QFAR™ framework and analytics to prepare companies for a suite of innovation capital (including non-dilutive, seed funds, strategic capital, development finance & economic dev capital, and Alternatives), providing knowledge, frameworks, market insights for business model validation, increased valuation, and investor-readiness. As proponents of capital Efficiency, we apply the Triple-Helix model of innovation to provide an entrée to industry, government, and academic collaborations that assist in crossing the “valley of death”.
We offer LBV’s Entrepreneurs in Residence (EIRs), highly experienced business executives with domain expertise who work 1:1 or in a team with the funded EIC portfolio companies (PortCo’s) in preparation for market and capital access, grow existing business, scale and enhance business model, or expand into new markets. Akin to a Talent Agent, we represent companies in the scale-up and growth phase to key stakeholders, we apply an integrated Marketing, Sales, and Business Development (BD)™ providing Transaction Advisory guidance in preparation for financing, commercialisation, and business development.
Retained engagement plus milestone payments. €74200 retainer per year or €6813 per month with a minimum of 6-12 months (or 50% of full-time business development FTE at USA market rates) and milestone payments on agreed upon objectives and transactions not requiring SEC broker-dealer registration.
