We handle EP, PCT, and national filings across key markets, ensuring your IP portfolio is built strategically from day one and not patched together reactively. Whether you're protecting a core breakthrough or building a defensive portfolio ahead of a Series A, we calibrate the filing strategy to your commercial roadmap.

Who this is for: EIC Pathfinder and EIC Transition grantees with novel technology seeking to secure and commercialise their IP.

Delivery: Continuous, remote. Onboarding within 5 business days.

Pricing: Fixed monthly subscription at €499/month. EIC beneficiaries receive a 15% discount, bringing the annual cost to approximately €5,090.

Onboarding is initiated within 5 business days of agreement. Patent filing timelines are subject to applicable patent office deadlines and jurisdiction-specific rules, which vary by country. Priority deadlines (12 months from first filing under the Paris Convention;30/31 months for PCT national phase entry) are fixed by law and cannot be extended. Lightbringer will communicate all critical deadlines in writing at the start of each matter.
