The business planning supports deep tech startups in the technology and product assessment, technical-economical feasibility studies, market analysis, and business planning, in order to secure finance. We perform market research based on public or primary sources, we support clients in identifying customers needs and business cases, to identify the willingness to pay, product-market fits, and intended pricing. We support the client to carry out a financial model, with sales projections and profit & loss forecasting. We produce an investor-ready business plan to attract private and/or financing.
