3-month incubator programme directed to EIC Transition beneficiaries from the new deep-tech, ICT, and Space and Defence sectors. The programme has 2 main phases: in the first one, the concepting phase, the focus is on defining the mission with the initial strategy for next few years on how to get there. In the committing phase, EIC beneficiaries will learn to develop the initial product and service version, with committed resources, or join with an already initial product or service in place. The Beneficiary will work with other companies in peer-to-peer learning, as well as collaborating with experts in strategic areas in the innovation system. In the programme, a set of tools and methods, workshops (total of 9 workshops) and training programme will be used to develop the Beneficiary’s company. At the end of the programme the companies will have learned how to build a scalable business model, how to formulate goals, how to create a strong team, and how to pitch for investors. They will also develop a business and implementation plan to take the next step in their business development. The companies will be assisted in formulating a co-founder’s shareholder agreement, including milestones, with shareholders' time & money commitments for the next three years (if applicable).
