6-month incubator programme directed to EIC Transition beneficiaries from the new deep-tech, ICT and Space and Defence sectors. The programme has 2 main phases: in the validating phase, EIC beneficiaries will test assumptions to validate their solutions and to demonstrate initial user growth and/or revenue. Initial Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) will be identified, and the EIC beneficiary will receive support to start attracting additional resources (money or work equity) via investments or loans for equity, interest or revenue share from future revenues. The scaling phase will focus on KPI-based measurable growth in users, customers, and revenues and/or market traction & market share in a big or fast-growing target market. In the programme a set of tools, methods, and, master classes will be used to develop the Beneficiary’s company. In addition, EIC beneficiaries will participate in coaching meetings with a dedicated business developer and will have access to external experts in Ideon Science Park’s large network of entrepreneurs, researchers, and partners. EIC beneficiaries will have the opportunity to train their pitch with customers and investors, and will get financing guidance for their company. In the end of the Grow programme, the EIC beneficiary will already have attracted significant funding or will be able to do so. For those who wish to stay in Lund, Ideon Science Park will offer access to office desk/space. Implementation can be online, offline or hybrid.
