Service description

10-week acceleration programme directed to EIC Transition and EIC Accelerator beneficiaries that develop sustainable solutions. The programme helps startups to define an impact goal, understand the root causes to the problem, build a theory of change, get the right indicators and metrics in place. Based on The Impact Modeling Systems the Beneficiary will participate in 10 workshop sessions covering mapping, tracking, managing, and scaling impact. The Beneficiary will attain tasks to fulfil between sessions. In addition, the program includes a 1-year membership of Impact Business Modeling System™, with access to all digital training material, workshop modules, cases and more. The duration is of 10 sessions of 1-hour (10 weeks) and the implementation can be online, offline or hybrid.
