Mansfield Bio-Incubator is an open-concept equipped laboratory and office with benches in two shared labs as well as the private laboratory suites of 100, 300, 700, and 2700 square feet to rent. The flexible layout provides the opportunities to meet the specific needs for each laboratory tenant with regards to the power requirements and installing large equipment. Laboratory spaces include 120V and 220V backup power outlets to ensure an uninterrupted operation of refrigeration, cryostorage, and other sensitive analytical or process equipment and laboratory experiments. Some suites include a private chemical hood. Infrastructure includes laboratory wastewater treatment capabilities and the disposal of hazardous waste.
