This service delivers individualised diagnostics for AI-powered data strategy and digital transformation, tailored to each EIC beneficiary’s TRL and maturity level. From early-stage conceptualisation to system deployment and governance, our method evolves alongside the organisation’s development path. At lower TRLs (2–3), we support startups in identifying AI opportunities, assessing data readiness, and exploring system architecture and ethical-by-design principles. For TRL 4–6, we perform deeper technical assessments such as system architecture mapping, data pipeline modelling, and feasibility of ML integration. At advanced stages (TRL 7–9), we apply frameworks like AI Maturity Models, RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) alignment, DataOps and MLOps audits, and responsible AI governance benchmarking. Each diagnostic includes stakeholder interviews, documentation review, and architecture walkthroughs. The outcome is a tailored roadmap, with prioritised recommendations, business use cases, and automation opportunities. Deliverables include capability heatmaps, target architecture sketches, and a maturity-aligned strategic plan. Led by senior data and AI architects with cross-sector experience, this service bridges the technical and strategic gap many deep-tech organisations face. It enables EIC beneficiaries to align their data infrastructure and AI initiatives with growth, compliance, and sustainability goals. Delivery typically occurs within 2–4 weeks.

Financial requirements

Pricing is defined based on TRL stage: TRL 2–3: €7500; TRL 4–6: €12,400; TRL 7–9: €18,600.

Availability is subject to scheduling and team allocation. A short discovery session is held before launch to scope the diagnostic and confirm the TRL stage. Delivery typically takes 2–4 weeks depending on customer availability and scope. Each TRL stage includes: TRL 2–3: Opportunity mapping, data readiness, exploratory architecture; TRL 4–6: Integration feasibility, pipeline modelling and system design review; TRL 7–9: Architecture audit, RAG evaluation, MLOps review, governance benchmarking. All diagnostics include strategic deliverables such as capability heatmaps, technical architecture sketches, and tailored roadmaps. Extensions and implementation modules can be quoted separately.
