AI-Powered Digital Transformation Diagnostics with Go-to-Market Strategy Add-On
MasterDataLab
Service ID:
EP287S1This service delivers individualized diagnostics for AI-powered digital transformation, covering data foundations, system architecture, governance, and operating model design. It is tailored to each EIC beneficiary’s TRL and organisational maturity, supporting teams in translating technical capabilities into deployable, adoptable, and scalable solutions.
At lower TRLs (2–3), the service supports beneficiaries in identifying AI opportunities, assessing data readiness, and exploring high-level system architecture options, including ethical-by-design principles. For TRLs 4–6, it provides deeper technical assessments such as system architecture mapping, data pipeline modelling, integration feasibility, and evaluation of machine learning applicability. At advanced stages (TRLs 7–9), the service applies AI maturity frameworks, Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) alignment where relevant, DataOps and MLOps assessments, and responsible AI governance benchmarking.
Each diagnostic includes stakeholder interviews, documentation review, and architecture or product walkthroughs. The outcome is a tailored, maturity-aligned roadmap with prioritized technical and operational recommendations, business use cases, and identified automation opportunities. Deliverables typically include capability heatmaps, target architecture sketches, and a strategic transformation plan.
Led by senior data and AI architects with cross-sector experience, this service addresses the gap between technical development and operational readiness often faced by deep-tech organisations. It enables EIC beneficiaries to align their data infrastructure and AI initiatives with growth, compliance, and sustainability objectives. Delivery typically occurs within 2–4 weeks, depending on scope and availability.
Core technical & transformation deliverables
Capability heatmap (data, AI, governance, delivery readiness)
Current-state assessment and target architecture sketch (including integration options)
Data and AI readiness findings with an automation opportunities shortlist
Governance and responsible AI recommendations, aligned with maturity level
Optional Add-On: Go-to-Market Strategy
The optional Go-to-Market (GTM) Strategy Add-On supports beneficiaries—typically at more advanced stages (TRLs 7–9)—in translating the digital transformation roadmap into early commercial execution readiness. This add-on is activated separately and does not alter the scope of the core technical diagnostic.
The add-on provides an individualized GTM framework supported by structured processes, low-code automation, and AI, designed to take an innovation from awareness → pilots → commercial scale through local trust-building and partner-led execution. It is structured around market waves and clusters, enabling staged regional rollout while reducing fragmentation and increasing execution consistency. It combines stakeholder discovery with a “system of execution”: partner program design, field feedback loops, and marketing operations templates that can be replicated across regions.
It focuses on execution clarity and repeatability rather than marketing campaign delivery.
The GTM add-on may include:
Ideal Customer Profile (ICP) and priority segment definition
Use-case-to-offer packaging (e.g. pilot or proof-of-value bundles)
Go-to-market sequencing and channel approach
Sales and partner enablement assets (e.g. one-pagers, presentations, website content outlines)
Funnel and lifecycle blueprint from lead identification to pilot engagement
Pricing and scope for the add-on are defined separately based on beneficiary needs and maturity, with a typical price range between €15,000 and €60,000.
Pricing is defined based on TRL stage: TRL 2–3: €7,500. TRL 4–6: €12,400. TRL 7–9: €18,600. The optional Go-to-Market Strategy Add-On is quoted separately.
Availability is subject to scheduling and team allocation. A short discovery session is conducted prior to service launch to scope the diagnostic and confirm the beneficiary’s TRL stage. Delivery for the core service typically takes 2–4 weeks, depending on customer availability and scope. If the optional Go-to-Market Strategy Add-On is activated, beneficiaries should consider an additional 4–8 weeks. Each TRL stage includes: TRL 2–3: Opportunity mapping, data readiness assessment, exploratory architecture; TRL 4–6: Integration feasibility, pipeline modelling, system design review; TRL 7–9: Architecture audit, RAG evaluation (where applicable), MLOps/DataOps review, governance benchmarking All diagnostics include strategic deliverables such as capability heatmaps, technical architecture sketches, and tailored roadmaps. Extensions and implementation modules can be quoted separately.
