Service ID:
EP287S2The Applied Business AI Lifecycle & Data Capability Accelerator is a cohort-based programme that enables EIC beneficiaries to build internal readiness to adopt and implement AI strategically and responsibly. Designed for TRL 2–8 startups and SMEs, it supports the transformation of data into scalable AI-powered solutions. The programme runs over three weeks, with two full-day sessions per week (9h–17h), followed by a review week: i) Weeks 1–2: Four full-day live sessions with expert-led workshops, tool demonstrations, and collaborative exercises. ii) Week 3: A 4-hour review session and 1:1 alignment meetings to finalise each team’s AI Strategy and Capability Plan. Participants also receive 12-month access to curated online resources, templates, and materials.
The accelerator is structured in three modules:
1) Data Readiness & Opportunity Mapping – Assessment of data maturity, value, and use case potential.
2) AI Lifecycle in Practice – Exploration of architecture, model scoping, and tools selection (including GenAI and low-code tools).
3) Responsible Innovation & Impact Strategy – Focused on AI governance, regulatory alignment, and ethical deployment. Deliverables include tailored toolkits, mentoring, and a final AI Strategy and Capability Plan with defined use cases and milestones. Led by senior AI strategists and engineers, the programme enables deep-tech teams to move beyond experimentation and build long-term AI capability.
€1650 per participant (minimum of 8 participants required to initiate the programme). For hybrid or in-person delivery, additional costs related to venue and travel may apply.
This programme is delivered in curated cohorts with limited availability. Custom editions are available for specific sectors or internal teams. A 3–4 week lead time is recommended for cohort planning and scheduling.
