This service provides hands-on architectural guidance and tailored technical support to help EIC beneficiaries move from strategy to AI implementation. It is designed for TRL 3–9 startups and scaleups seeking to build robust, scalable, and responsible AI systems, including MVP and PoC prototypes. Delivered by a team of Architects, senior AI and data engineers, the service begins with a collaborative technical scoping session, followed by access to structured support modules including: a) AI and data architecture design; b) Model validation and pipeline structuring; c) Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) setup; d) Deployment strategies, MLOps, and integration readiness; e) Prompt engineering and GenAI evaluation; and f) Accelerated MVP delivery and prototyping. The service is offered in a modular format (e.g., architecture blueprinting, PoC prototype sprint, risk mapping). The focus is on accelerating internal capability. Code handover, documentation, and knowledge transfer are embedded to ensure sustainable ownership. It can be used to complement previous diagnostics, acceleration services or accessed independently.
The standard rate is €1250 per day per resource allocated, with a minimum allocation of 2 weeks (10 working days). Custom packages are available for complex systems or regulated sectors. A discount of up to 30% may be applied depending on the project scope, technical complexity, and the profile of resources involved. The total price will be calculated based on the specifications of the project and is subject to a pre-assessment and quotation.
All engineering support includes documentation and knowledge transfer. Availability is subject to technical team scheduling. A scoping call is required before delivery. Typical engagements last 4–12 weeks, depending on complexity.
