Individual hands-on support programme: go-to-market and growth

Service description

This programme is an individual 12-weeks hands-on support programme targeted at EIC Pathfinder, EIC Transition and EIC Accelerator, innovators. The goal of the programme is to provide participant entities with support on the growth topics deemed as relevant to the current situation in which they are in, from the list presented: strategic positioning (value proposition, customer target assessment), business development support, fundraising strategy development, product management, impact assessment, culture and talent management, and marketing and comms. Each participant company will be allocated to a key account manager, (KAM) who will guide participants throughout their journey, ensuring that the initial plan and goals defined are met. The KAM will be connecting the participants with relevant stakeholders from our network (such as investors, potential clients and experts in particular topics).
