This acceleration programme for EIC Transition beneficiaries comprises five weeks of both in-person and remote coaching, designed to transform research outputs into market-oriented innovations, with a focus on commercialisation and market entry. It includes one-day workshops and interactions with experts to help bridge the gap between research and market adoption. The initial phase includes business services to assist in drafting commercialisation and exploitation strategies, alongside training in "pitching" to enable the team to effectively present their innovation to investors and business partners. The second phase introduces a Go-to-Market strategy using the Lean Start approach. Participants will utilise tools such as the Lean Canvas, Value Proposition Canvas, the How-to-Pitch template, and the Exploitation Roadmap, ensuring practical exercises are conducted. The third phase aims to enhance market alignment and increase investor readiness by improving the fit between the market and the solution and enhancing pitching skills. This phase prepares participants to effectively engage with potential investors and partners. Each week concludes with set tasks for participants to complete over a minimum one-week interim, promoting continuous development and application of learned concepts. This structured approach ensures that research output is transformed into market-ready innovations, preparing EIC beneficiaries to tackle commercialisation challenges effectively.
