Service description

The aim of the service is to develop a market domination strategy in the process of launching a new product/service or acquiring a new group of customers. We work with the framework of Moore’s Bowling Alley. The service is composed of 2 modules: 1. Typical health-tech go-to-market path; 2. Customer segmentation, evaluation, and prioritisation of the segments. The evaluation of segments is done based on a set of proven criteria and a team preference alignment process. This is tested by the MOST Foundation during multiple projects with deep-tech startups. The service is directed to EIC Pathfinder, EIC Transition, EIC Accelerator and Seal of Excellence beneficiaries from the Health sector.
