R&D Partner Identification and Subcontracted R&D Development Support

MOST Foundation

Poland

Service ID:

EP68S3
Service description

This individualised service supports EIC beneficiaries in the development, testing, and validation of their technologies by identifying and engaging specialised R&D partners, laboratories, research organisations, and technical providers capable of delivering specific R&D components required for product development or technology validation. The service is targeted at EIC Pathfinder, Transition and Accelerator beneficiaries across deep-tech sectors that require external technical expertise, specialised equipment, or research infrastructure not available internally. The service begins with an analysis of the beneficiary’s technological needs and definition of the R&D scope of work. Based on these needs, suitable R&D partners are identified and evaluated according to their technical capabilities, infrastructure, experience, timelines, and cost efficiency. The service includes support in defining the R&D work plan, deliverables, timeline, and budget, as well as facilitating the subcontracting process between the beneficiary and the selected R&D provider. The implementation of the R&D activities is monitored to ensure quality, timely delivery, and alignment with the beneficiary’s technology development objectives. The expected outcome is the successful delivery of outsourced R&D activities contributing to product development, prototyping, testing, validation, or advancement of the technology readiness level. The service is tailored individually to each beneficiary and project.
