While your regulatory strategy grants the "license to sell," this service secures the "license to get paid." We provide a comprehensive Market Access & Reimbursement Strategy designed to satisfy hospital procurement committees, public/private payers, and venture capital due diligence requirements. Key Deliverables & Methodology: Our approach begins with a rigorous Reimbursement Landscape Analysis, identifying applicable CPT/DRG codes and payment pathways across your target markets (e.g., US CMS, EU5).1 We move beyond simple coding to execute Health Economics & Outcomes Research (HEOR), constructing budget impact models that translate your clinical data into a quantifiable economic value proposition.

Financial requirements

Service Cost & Conditions: This service is offered at commercial rates and is fully eligible for the EIC ACCESS+ 50% co-funding scheme. Daily Rate: €1,250 (Blended Senior Consultant Rate). Project Scope: Typical engagements range from €15,000 to €50,000 depending on TRL and deliverables (e.g., Gap Analysis vs. Full Technical Documentation). Payment Terms: 50% upfront to commence work, 50% upon final delivery. Exclusions: Rates exclude VAT and third-party official fees (e.g., Notified Body fees), which remain the beneficiary's responsibility.
