Capital Match XB is a premier investor readiness programme designed for European startups and scale-ups in Life Sciences, medical devices, and health tech that are looking to expand into the U.S. market. Relaunched in 2024 after a COVID-related hiatus, the programme offers a structured, hands-on pathway to secure international funding, culminating in a high-impact tour before and during the JP Morgan Healthcare Conference in California. Over the course of several months, participating companies engage in online and in-person sessions focused on refining their investor materials, enhancing their U.S. market strategy, and preparing to pitch to expert and investors. The programme includes strategic review boards, pitch coaching with U.S.-based mentors, and personalised feedback to ensure each company is investor-ready. Participants also receive guidance on legal structuring, market positioning, and branding for U.S. entry. Capital Match XB is an immersive experience that helps founders understand the expectations of transatlantic investors and how to navigate them. The highlight of the programme is a week-long U.S. investor tour in January, including curated pitch events, networking sessions, and exposure to key stakeholders.
