Capital Match XB is a selective, high-touch investor readiness programme for European Life Sciences, MedTech, and health tech scale-ups preparing to engage the U.S. funding landscape. Where government programmes leave off, we go deeper into the pitch, the strategy, the pricing, and the commercial narrative that U.S. investors actually want to see. Over the course of several months, a small cohort of companies work closely with us to sharpen their investor materials, refine their U.S. market positioning, and understand the real differences between European and American investor expectations. This is not a networking service, it is a preparation programme designed to make you ready for transatlantic fundraising conversations. The programme culminates in a curated U.S. investor tour around the JP Morgan Healthcare Conference in California, one of the most important healthcare investment events in the world. We help you navigate it with confidence. Participants leave with stronger pitches, sharper strategy, and a clearer understanding of what it takes to fundraise in the U.S. built through expert coaching, strategic review sessions, and personalised feedback tailored to each company's stage and goals.
