Omics Data Analysis: Bioinformatics and Statistics

ACOBIOM

France

Service ID:

EP313S2
Service description

This service provides analyses of omics data through machine learning, encompassing, Bioinformatics and Biostatistical customised workflows, data integration, pathway analysis, metabolome in-silico, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, Large Multi Modals, Data science for translational analyses, and Set-up of a database (RNA profiles). ACOBIOM supports its partners in the experience plan of their studies by proposing designs optimized to their needs: design of the assays and clinical trials to strengthen the data, implementation of dedicated solutions for "real-world data". For each of the analyses and each of the stages constituting these analyses, ACOBIOM selects and adapts the tools and parameters to answer as precisely as possible the biological question studied. Services provided include: dimension reduction, classifier building, modelling or features extraction and parameter optimization. At the end of the service, EIC beneficiaries will receive a report including all the fundamental steps of bioinformatics and statistics analyses: Quality control and cleaning, assembly/annotation, descriptive analysis, multivariate analysis, differential expression cross-analysis, lists and graphs dedicated to communication and regulated information. The final deliverable, which will also be reviewed during a result presentation meeting, include: list of validated biomarkers, complete graphic synthesis, analytical synthesis for health authorities compliance, if requested, predictive/diagnostic tool for helping decision, writing for scientific/marketing valorisation.
