LallianSe’s Sparring partner offer focuses on strategic support, the equity story, and the implementation of the most appropriate development plan for the company as a regular support for the CEO, a safe place to discuss and share challenges while supporting strategically and operationally management notably with its investors. The Sparring Partner support by LallianSe provides weekly support with systematic agenda focusing on investor management, operational development, human resources optimisation, major challenges, governance, and in general any relevant topic that needs to be addressed by the CEO. It is handled in a CEO to CEO format, with written support and recommendation following each session. The Sparring partner offer is tailor-made and could include investor meetings set up; challenge of fundraising plan, strategy and execution; strategic support vs corporate developments with the pharma/medtech industry;assistance in negotiations with investors and corporates; governance optimization and challenge of operations as well as execution if necessary. The Sparring Partner support will consist of strategic follow-up and regular assistance, a safe space for CEOs to gain experience from another CEO, as those sessions ar only provided by former CEOs, specifically matched by LallianSe to ensure efficient interactions. The Sparring partner approach requires quarterly engagement. Regular exchanges between the CEO and LallianSe will allow for the evaluation of the company's progress and action plan, providing a discussion space on all topics for which LallianSe could be helpful. Depending on the needs, working sessions and/or additional exchanges on specific topics and/or additional key expertise can be arranged.

Financial requirements

The sparring partner missions are priced on a monthly basis from €3000 excluding taxes to €4500 excluding taxes depending on company's maturity and CEO.

The Sparring partner missions are usually organised within a 1-month timeframe. They require LallianSe service offering, signature of contract and operational roll-out.
