Using tools such as the MBTI® assessment, team SWOT analyses, trust-building exercises, and individualised skills development, the solidification of essential team dynamics is achieved. Additionally, seasoned professionals offer skill-building programmes applied to relevant business issues in areas including team leadership, business strategy, business planning, finance, business development, negotiation, and project management. Learnings are consolidated through the establishment of long-term objectives, including onboarding programmes, defined roles, and responsibilities using the DARCI matrix, thus creating a foundation for structured growth.
