Innovative work method Workshop
Le Village by CA Toulouse 31
Service ID:
EP26S2A 3-hour workshop to introduce the lean start up, design thinking and agile methodologies to EIC Beneficiaries. The goal of the workshop is to understand the interest of a user-centric design approach to work. The workshop is structured around two stages: a presentation of a typical use case from the participant’s activity area, and a presentation of the various innovative methodologies with tests and quizzes on the different existing options related to the use case in question. The workshop is targeted at project managers, team leaders and decision-makers who wish to familiarize themselves with these new methodologies and how to use them. The service may be implemented online, via Microsoft Teams, or onsite (at the incubator premisses in Toulouse, France).
