Service description

A Design Sprint workshop (2 sessions of 3 hours) to support EIC beneficiaries on the business design of their product/service. The workshop is structured in two stages: 1) work on the value proposition of the product or service from a client-driven perspective; 2) establishment of the business model. Participants are asked to arrive with a product or service to work on. The entire proposed methodology can be transferred to other projects and is inspired by a review of part of the Google design sprint. The target audience is a project owner, an intrapreneur, a project manager, a CEO or a decision-maker who wishes to launch a new business project in a risk-free manner. The service may be implemented online, via Microsoft Teams, or onsite (at the incubator premisses in Toulouse, France).
