Humaized Models of Immune System, Liver and Dual (Imnune System and Liver)

This service provides customised preclinical studies using CD34+and PBMC humanised mouse models to evaluate innovative therapies in immuno-oncology, infectious, and inflammatory disease areas. The target audiences are biotech and pharmaceutical SMEs developing biologics, cell therapies, antibodies, and small molecules. The goal is to assess efficacy, safety, mechanism of action, and human immune responses in translational models. Activities cover study design, humanisation/engraftment, treatment administration, longitudinal monitoring, immune profiling (e.g., flow cytometry, cytokines), histopathology, data analysis andreporting. The expected outcomes of the service are decision-grade evidence for candidate selection and progression. Implementation is done in-house by TCS scientific experts (immunology, virology, inflammation), with full oversight and a complete study data package delivered to the beneficiary. The typical duration of the service is 8–12 weeks, depending on study design and endpoints.
