Building on our proven expertise under Service Package 4 – Access to Funds, we extend our capabilities to address the strategic needs of international expansion with a methodology grounded in comparative analytics, market intelligence, and ecosystem mapping. Our service combines structured data analysis with strategic insights to help beneficiaries understand, enter, and grow in new geographies. We support companies in identifying high-potential markets, evaluating competitive environments, and positioning themselves effectively within international innovation ecosystems. Key components of the service include:· Market & Partner Intelligence: Identification of international strategic partners, comparable companies, and potential collaborators, including corporate innovation units and industry leaders. Our offers include: 1) IP and Patenting Landscape Analysis: Mapping of intellectual property trends, patenting activity, and freedom-to-operate considerations to inform market entry and product localisation strategies. 2) Ecosystem Mapping and Stakeholder Profiling: Deep analysis of investor, corporate, and institutional stakeholders across target markets, including profiling of key executives and decision-makers relevant for partnerships or talent acquisition. 3) Trend and Competition Monitoring: Continuous tracking of sectoral developments, innovation trends, and strategic actions of comparable companies to support informed decision-making. 4) Strategic Insights for International Expansion: Actionable guidance based on data-driven findings, helping beneficiaries refine market-entry strategies, partnership development plans, and fundraising pathways. This integrated approach offers EIC beneficiaries robust, insight-driven support for successful internationalisation, complementing the objectives of Service Package 3 and strengthening their capacity to scale globally.
