Feasibility collaboration with customers

Service description

Established businesses, especially SMEs and public institutions, can learn a lot from entrepreneurs, e.g., agile management methods, and get inspired by their creativity and business culture. On the other hand, entrepreneurs can benefit from long-lasting market expertise and learn how to implement their innovation under real-world conditions. To combine both, in a moderated feasibility collaboration study, these parties will learn from each other by implementing a real-world project. We will plan and design a structured pilot project to test and implement their innovation in the market. SpinLab is responsible for identifying and contracting established businesses or public institutions as implementation partners and will subcontract the implementation partner for running a joint project. We will guide the selected project consortia through the learning process with the help of a standardised collaboration project tracking form. The implementation partners themselves will buy/order all products or/and services to realise the implementation project. This way, managers and administrators learn about innovative topics and modern working methods in a live learning environment on real-world projects and improve their innovation skills, working practices and culture. Startups receive valid market feedback to determine their degree of maturity and necessary adjustments. This helps startups enter markets earlier. Feasibility collaborations are realised by small consortia having SpinLab as the coordinator, a startup/SME (EIC beneficiary) as the company, and other SMEs and public institutions as partners.
