This service is a 2-3-hour workshop for each project stage of EIC beneficiaries that provides support in identifying and evaluating points relevant for the formulation of plans and strategies to achieve goals in managing and improving performance. The workshop aims to enhance understanding of the situation, minimise risks, find opportunities, and identify the necessary actions to be more resilient and agile to get the planning, development, and growth strategy to the right target. Design thinking and service design methodology will be used to improve the innovation process and performance in developing and delivering the solution. EIC Pathfinder beneficiaries are going to develop ideas and create innovative solutions using a customer-centric approach for high business impact. EIC Transition beneficiaries will learn how to determine customer segments and target markets for well-planned marketing activities. Finally, EIC Accelerator beneficiaries will focus on how to optimise processes, manage capacity and accelerate growth. The service will be done online, using meeting and whiteboard platforms. Participating in the workshop is recommended for every organisation working in a team to be able to brainstorm. The scope of the themes includes Operations and Processes, Marketing and Customer Experiences, Financial and Business Models, Strategy and Vision, People and Relationship, and Impact and Sustainable Business.
The length of time and scope of the theme will depend on the applicants' needs, and the fee is €250 (hourly).
