Service description

A four-month entrepreneurial support and acceleration programme addressed to early-stage startups, SMEs, and entrepreneurial talents operating across innovation-driven sectors. The programme aims to strengthen business viability, organisational setup, and innovation management capabilities by supporting participants along the journey from idea definition to early execution. The programme is structured around three core pillars: empowering entrepreneurial initiatives, attracting and developing new talent, and supporting the implementation of new business ideas through proven technology-transfer and knowledge-sharing practices. A key component of the programme is TEC4I Academy, an entrepreneurial education and mentorship pathway designed specifically for young and innovative companies. The Academy equips founders and entrepreneurial talents with essential skills in business planning, legal structuring, and innovation management, enabling them to address typical early-stage challenges. The first phase focuses on initial assessment and guided reflection on business ideas, market readiness, and organisational needs, supported by expert feedback and practical tools. The second phase consists of targeted training and mentoring sessions delivered by experienced professionals, combining strategic advisory with peer learning to strengthen entrepreneurial and managerial competences. The third phase supports participants in translating acquired knowledge into concrete outputs, including refined business concepts, implementation roadmaps, and early operational strategies. The programme is delivered in a hybrid format (online and on-site) and combines personalised advisory with collaborative learning approaches. It is particularly suited for ventures at the pre-validation or early validation stage, and is open to both founders and entrepreneurial talents seeking a soft landing within Italy’s innovation ecosystem.
