The service targets founders, leadership teams, and organisational managers seeking to build scalable, performance-driven organisations capable of executing commercial strategies effectively.
The service encompasses four integrated phases:
Strategic HR Development – Development of a structured HR strategy aligned with the company vision, mission, and scaling objectives.
Leadership & Team Development – Support for leadership capability development, succession planning, and team dynamics that foster innovation and organisational performance.
Organisational Culture – Assistance in shaping healthy, inclusive, and mission-driven organisational cultures that attract and retain talent.
Performance Management – Definition and implementation of key performance indicators (KPIs) and measurement frameworks to monitor organisational effectiveness.
Beneficiaries receive customised HR strategies, leadership development roadmaps, culture assessments, and performance management frameworks aligned with their scaling trajectory. The service is delivered by international and local experts with proven experience supporting early-stage startups, scale-ups, and SMEs across sectors, alongside university-industry collaboration expertise. Expert delivery combines in-house capabilities with external specialists, tailored to each beneficiary's specific maturity level and organisational objectives through workshops, assessments, and strategic planning sessions.
€10,000 per EIC beneficiary.
Costs may vary depending on the specific needs of the startup, with fees of up to €7,000.
