Service description

An intensive 8-week programme designed for startups preparing for rapid scaling. The programme covers growth strategy, operational scaling, fundraising readiness, and leadership development, led by seasoned mentors, industry experts and access to EdVentures’ network of regional and global investors. Participants receive 1:1 mentoring, peer learning opportunities, and workshops on revenue modelling, organisational design, and performance tracking. The bootcamp concludes with a strategic growth roadmap and an action plan for execution. The service is delivered in hybrid format, exclusively for EIC beneficiaries and Seal of Excellence holders
