Legal Services for the following situations: a) M&A: companies, family offices, investment funds or executives who want to acquire or take a stake in companies or businesses. b) Entrepreneurs who want to sell their company or business. c) Companies that want to add a new shareholder or investor to their share capital. d) Companies that are going to merge or undergo an integration process demerge or spin off from a group. e) Legal, tax and employment due diligence in M&A transactions. f) Joint ventures and other complex corporate partnership agreements (especially in internationalisation or technology integration processes).
