Legal Services for the following situations: a) Corporations that want to acquire or invest in start-ups. b) Tax advice for corporations looking to invest in start-ups. c) Start-ups being acquired or invested in by a corporation. d) Intermediation between corporations and start-ups to reach collaboration, partnership agreements (technological, commercial, portfolio, etc.) plus investment and/or integration agreements.
