This acceleration service is directed to EIC Transition (TRL 4-6) and Pathfinder (TRL 1-4) innovators seeking successful market entry and growth. The goal is to empower startups with strategic guidance to validate their business models and master B2B sales. Through a 35-hour program, beneficiaries will first tackle Market Basics, refining value propositions and debating business model alternatives through hypothesis testing. Next, they will develop a Market Strategy, utilizing quantitative research to define buyer personas, pricing, and a Go-to-Market roadmap. The service also covers B2B Sales & Marketing, where experts guide startups through the buyer journey, partnership building, and Pitch Deck optimization. By the end of the service, EIC beneficiaries will possess a comprehensive Go-to-Market Plan, a professional Pitch Deck, and a structured Sales Funnel, potentially leading to new Pilot or Distributor Agreements. This support is provided by dedicated mentors and business experts. It can be delivered online, hybrid, or offline (Barcelona or Helsinki) over a period of 3 months to 1 year.
