This acceleration service is designed for EIC Transition beneficiaries (TRL 4-6) aiming to secure their financial future and expand globally. The goal is to provide startups with the necessary strategic guidance to fuel growth, master fundraising, and successfully enter international markets. The 35-hour program focuses on three critical pillars. First, Finance evaluates company solvency and risk, utilizing advanced valuation methods (DCF, Multiples) to model financial health. Second, Funding covers both public and private sectors;experts guide startups through grant research and proposal writing, while simultaneously preparing them for private investment via pitch deck optimization, term sheet negotiation, and due diligence preparation. Third, Internationalization develops a concrete roadmap for global expansion, addressing market selection, legal regulatory compliance, and international commercial strategies. By the end of the service, beneficiaries will possess a robust Financial Plan, a targeted Funding Plan, and an Internationalization Strategy, potentially leading to new investors, EU partnerships, or international distributor agreements. This support is provided by dedicated mentors and can be delivered online, hybrid, or offline (Barcelona or Helsinki) over a period of 3 months to 1 year.

The whole program, including mentories, is worth €6.300. (10% discount) Startups can choose only a part of these 4 services offered above (price will vary depending on the services, with a price/hour of €200),
