Service description

The go-to-market planning service could include the International Marketing Plan and/or the Go-to-Market Action Plan, which are complementary services designed to support companies in structuring and executing their international growth strategy in a clear, consistent, and market-driven way. The International Marketing Plan focuses on defining the strategic foundations for international positioning. It combines in-depth external analysis of target markets — including macroeconomic conditions, sector dynamics, regulatory frameworks, competitors, and customer profiles — with an internal assessment of the company’s value proposition, competitive advantages, and strategic objectives. Based on this analysis, the service defines segmentation, targeting, and positioning, as well as tailored promotion and communication strategies for international markets. The outcome is a coherent and evidence-based marketing framework that guides decision-making and ensures alignment between the company’s offering and market expectations. Building on this strategic groundwork, the Go-to-Market Action Plan translates strategy into practical and operational guidance for market entry. This service focuses on defining entry strategies, priority customer and geographic segments, distribution channels, and communication and sales policies. It also identifies critical success factors, key actions, timelines, and potential risks, providing a structured roadmap for implementation. Rather than focusing on immediate results, the plan supports informed execution and helps companies approach international markets in a realistic and organized manner. Together, these services enable companies to move from strategic market understanding to actionable market entry planning, reducing uncertainty, improving alignment, and supporting a confident and structured internationalization process.
