The phases include preparation, which involves determining the startup beneficiary's goals, gathering relevant information, conducting a comprehensive analysis, and engaging in collaborative discussions with the client. It is followed by report preparation, presentations, and a review of materials to address any questions and concerns, culminating in a summary of results and potential strategic actions in the form of recommendations. By aligning with the startup beneficiaries' requirements, tailored services enhance the relevance and applicability of insights, ultimately contributing to more precise and strategic decision-making processes. The scope of work for this analysis and reporting varies based on the needs of the beneficiaries, ranging from Foundational and Validation reports, Operational and Execution reports, Strategic and Scaling reports, Governance and Investor reports, Transaction and Liquidity reports, Impact and Continuous Improvement reports.
The length of time and scope of the theme will depend on the applicants' needs. The fee is €250 per hour.
Service will be provided remotely. If fieldwork is required on the assignment, all associated travel and accommodation expenses are borne by the EIC beneficiary.
