The service targets EIC Accelerator and Transition beneficiaries operating at TRL 6–9, typically across cleantech, industrial technologies, digital solutions and deep-tech sectors. Engagements are individualised and typically run over 4–6 months, depending on market complexity and entry objectives.
The service begins with a focused market screening, assessing addressable demand, competitive landscape, customer buying behaviour and relevant regulatory or certification considerations specific to the Nordic context. Based on this assessment, an optimal market entry model is defined, such as direct sales, distributor-based entry, pilot customers, strategic partnerships or joint ventures.
In the second phase, the service delivers structured partner identification and qualification, leveraging Nordic Innovators Corporate Finance’s regional network of 10,000+ industrial players, corporates, scale-ups and ecosystem stakeholders. Selected partners are engaged through curated introductions and structured dialogue to test commercial fit and collaboration potential.
The final phase supports commercial positioning and execution readiness, including value proposition refinement for Nordic customers, pricing logic, revenue ramp assumptions and high-level financial impact modelling.
The expected outcome is a clear Nordic market entry strategy, validated partner pipeline, and an actionable roadmap that reduces execution risk and accelerates commercial traction. The service is delivered by senior in-house advisors with cross-border transaction, corporate finance and Nordic market experience.
Depending on the scope of services, however, typically retainer-based at €3,000 – €6,000 per month.
