The Helpline service provides EIC beneficiaries with first-line assistance on Intellectual Property protection and IP rights enforcement in Latin America. All queries received through this confidential service will receive a tailor-made answer by our IP experts or will be signposted to appropriate organisations within a maximum of 3 working days. This service is offered in English, French, German, Spanish, and Portuguese (upon experts’ availability). All enquiries will be treated with the highest degree of confidentiality in full compliance with EU regulations 2016/679 and 2018/1725 on personal data protection.
