Service description

A joint programme to educate EIC Transition and EIC Accelerator beneficiaries on how to prepare for an exchange listing. This service entails a minimum of 2 workshops (training and/ or coaching) and 1-1 consultations with EIC beneficiaries. These workshops and follow-up consultations will be provided jointly with relevant financial and legal advisors who typically participate in IPOs. Nasdaq will take the responsibility to identify suitable advisors for these sessions. The service offer provides relevant information and services related to supporting EIC beneficiaries to assess their relevance and readiness to evaluate in order to take on an IPO. Nasdaq will review the IPO process step-by-step and focus on key areas relevant for the companies to think of when evaluating and approaching an IPO. The service will also feature an annual high-profile event held in Stockholm, sponsored by Nasdaq. The goal of the event will be to provide information preparing for exchange listings as an exit strategy for EIC Beneficiaries, investors and the EIC Fund. The high-profile event is expected to take place in 2024. The service can be implemented in hybrid or virtual format.

The service is best suited to EIC beneficiaries which already have an EIC Fund investment or are going through its due diligence stage. A regular cut-off will be held to source blended finance beneficiaries to enter the programme.
